Desert Botanical Garden

The flavors of Southeast Asia feature aromatic herbs and spices such as lemongrass, fresh curry leaves and tamarind. Chef Felicia Cocotzin Ruiz will be preparing dishes that will spark your taste buds with every little bite. Thai coconut curry, Vietnamese fresh greens salad and Indian mango chutney will be demonstrated and prepared for tasting. Limit 12.
