Experience the world of Chef Felicia Ruiz as she demonstrates Native dishes as prepared by her family for generations. Chef Ruiz will show you how to prepare a savory blue corn posole, the most treasured grain of the Pueblo people and also perfect for winter weather. Chimayo red chili and traditional greenthread tea will also be made and served after the class.
The recipes that will be demonstrated are vegetarian.
