Unlike a usual catering service, I bring nourishing vegetarian recipes and indigenous wisdom to your kitchen so that you can relax and host your event with ease. Serve your guests dishes that are unique and healthful using Native American ingredients such as hand harvested wild rice from the White Earth Reservation in Minnesota, to calcium rich Cholla Buds from the Tohono O'odham Nation in Arizona. I offer Topic Based or Menu Based cooking classes in the comfort of your very own kitchen, using your equipment.
Classes run 2 hours, and you can choose for the ingredients/shopping to be included in the class fee, or you can take care of the shopping yourself.
WHAT IT COSTS:
2 hr. private classes for 1-2 people:
$225, ingredients/shopping included OR $150 and you provide the ingredients.
$50 for each additional person.
